De Levering

Indien er staat dat iets op voorraad, direct leverbaar is, duurt het ongeveer 2 tot 5 werkdagen voordat het bij het afgesproken adres afgeleverd is, indien alle betalingen zijn voldaan.

Als er staat ‘out of stock’ betekent het dat het product niet meer op voorraad is. Ziet u een verkochte item wat u toch nog graag zou willen hebben? Meld het dan bij FashionWonderland, misschien komt hetzelfde product of een soort gelijke product binnenkort weer in de assortiment!

Retourneren

Natuurlijk kan het weleens voorkomen dat uw aankoop niet helemaal naar wens is. Neem dan zo spoedig mogelijk (binnen 2 dagen na ontvangst van het product) contact op met FashionWonderland.

Er kan dan overlegt worden over de verschillende mogelijkheden. Verdere instructies word gegeven over het terugsturen van het product. Het item moet binnen 7 dagen terug gestuurd zijn via de post en ontvangen zijn bij Fashion Wonderland. (de verzendkosten worden in de rekening gebracht van de klant.)
Het product moet in dezelfde staat zijn teruggekeerd zoals het opgestuurd is. (dus ongedragen, ongewassen!)

Er wordt geen geld terug gegeven, in ruil daarvoor kunt u een andere product uitzoeken in de webshop.


Niet ontvangen?

Helaas kan het wel eens voor dat TNT-post niet zorgvuldig met de post omgaat die er wordt verstuurd. Het gevolg hiervan kan zijn dat er een vertraging is van verzending, de post beschadigd raakt of soms echter zoekgeraakt is.
FashionWonderland is niet aansprakelijk voor zoekgeraakte of beschadigde post door TNT-post. Als iets dus niet aangekomen is, wordt er geadviseerd om contact op te nemen met TNT-post. Het is daarom dus ook aan te raden om uw bestelling te laten versturen via pakketpost, garantiepost of aangetekende post omdat de zending dan makkelijk te volgen is via http://www.tracktrace.nl.

Bij afname van 4 of meer items, worden er géén verzendkosten verrekend!
Prijswijzigingen en/of typefouten voorbehouden.

Delivery

If an item is described as ‘in stock’, direct available, it will take approximately 2 till 5 working days before it is delivered at the agreed address, in case that all the payments are settled.

If an item is described as ‘out of stock’, it means that the product is not available anymore. Do you see a product which you really like? Contact FashionWonderland, it is possible that the product or a similar product will be soon in the assortment!

Return

Obviously, the situation can occur that the purchase is not as you wished. Please contact as soon as possible (within 2 days after receiving the product) with FashionWonderland.

It can be discussed about the various possibilities and instructions will be given about the return of the product. The item has to be returned and received at FashionWonderland within 7 days. (the return costs will be taken into account by the client.) The product should be returned in the same condition as how it has been sended (so unweared, unwashed!
FashionWonderland will not give money back, in return you can choose another product in the shop.


Not received?

Unfortunately, the situation occurs that TNT-post handle the post uncarefully. The consequences can be a delay of the delivery, the post will get damaged or sometimes it will get lost.

FashionWonderland is not responsible for items which are lost or damaged by TNT-post. If a product did not arrived, it is advised to contact with TNT-post. Therefore, it is advised to send your order by packet post, guarantee post or registered post, since the delivery can be easily followed through http://www.tracktrace.nl.

By acquisition from 4 or more items, the shipping costs will not be counted!
